When you place an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you electronically.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping fees are to be paid by the buyers.

Each product purchased is delivered to the person or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and accompanied by any necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.

If delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days from learning of this situation and must refund the full amount within 14 days.

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the transaction in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the designated third party, by notifying the seller without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.

The seller must refund the full amount and all binding documents to the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, and must retrieve the product within 20 days.

If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer's fault or if returning becomes impossible, the buyer is liable for compensating the seller’s loss proportionally. However, changes or deterioration due to proper use during the withdrawal period do not impose liability on the buyer.

If the use of the withdrawal right causes the total order amount to fall below the promotional discount limit, the discount is canceled.

Company:

Products made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized, such as underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup items, disposable products, perishables, and items with hygiene concerns (if packaging is opened), are not eligible for return.

Other non-returnable items include mixed goods that cannot be separated, periodicals like newspapers and magazines, instant digital services, downloadable content, unsealed software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery supplies if used or unsealed.

If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they agree to pay interest and be liable to their bank according to the credit card agreement. Legal action may be taken by the bank, including collection fees. The buyer is also responsible for any damages to the seller due to delayed payments.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to our specified TL accounts.

Credit card payments are also available, either in one payment or installments. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the order process.
