Why Won’t My Payment Go Through?
If your payment isn’t going through, please check the following:
- Make sure your card details are entered correctly, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Confirm that your card has sufficient funds or credit available.
- Verify that your bank or card issuer is not blocking the transaction.
- Ensure your billing address matches what your bank has on file.
- If using PayPal or other payment methods, check that your account is verified and in good standing.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Please note:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until your next payment date.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- To cancel, go to Account Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription".
What Are Priority Credits and How Do I Get More?
Priority credits allow you to continue editing and downloading images even after you’ve used up your monthly free or subscription credits.
- When your monthly allocation is exhausted, you will automatically switch to free credits, which have limited features.
- If you need more credits immediately, you can purchase Priority credits as a top-up.
- Priority credits are available in various packages, which you can buy directly from your dashboard or the credits store.
- Using Priority credits ensures uninterrupted access to premium features and faster processing.
How Do I Change Account Profile Name
To update your profile information, including your profile name, please follow these steps:
- Click on your profile picture located at the top right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Profile" or "Account Settings".
- On the profile page, locate your current profile details and click the "Edit" or "Update" button next to the information you wish to change.
- Enter your updated profile name and any other changes you'd like to make.
- Click "Save" to apply the updates.
Your profile name and other details will be updated accordingly.
